NAR CODE OF ETHICS   STATE OF CO CE REQUIREMENTS

REALTOR® members must complete 3(CE) of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within two-year cycles.

There is a THREE-YEAR License Cycle for the State of Colorado Continuing Education Requirements.

 

We are currently in Cycle 6.

You must complete 3(CE) of Ethics between

January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2020

24 Total Credits in THREE-YEARS

12 Credits of Annual Commission Update Courses 4(CE) each once per cycle year.

12 Credits of any combination of elective credit hours approved by the commission.

The NAR Code of Ethics counts as an elective for your License Renewal. You can receive CE Credit for it multiple times in a license renewal cycle as long as it is not taken in the same calendar year.

CHECK YOUR SAR EDUCATION HISTORY

As a member of the Summit Association of REALTORS® you can log in to check your education history. 

  • Click on SSO Launchpad at the top right-hand corner of this site.
  • Enter your personal credentials.
  • Click on "SAR Dashboard" under Member Resources.
  • In the far right box click on "Events and Education History" under the Events and Education Tab.
