Class Description:

  • Annual requirement for ALL active licensees. The purpose of the course is to protect the public through requiring all real estate licensees to complete 4 hours of continuing education covering new laws, Commission rules, recent court decisions, changing standards of practice and other areas of concern to the public, Commission and Industry.

Mr. Howe also has professional experience with a national direct marketing company, financial services industry, and the film industry. Recent professional affiliations include being the immediate past president of the Land Title Association of Colorado and long-time board member, American Land Title Association committees, Vice Chairman of the Colorado Division of Real Estate.
