4(CE) Online: 2020 Annual Commission Update. This is the Mandatory Commission Update of four credit hours. This is an annual requirement for ALL Active Licensees.

Registration: As this class counts for CE Credit, please follow the steps below.
- Step 1: Sign up on the SAR Dashboard. You MUST Register at least one hour BEFORE the class starts. We can not take registrations after that time.
- Step 2: AFTER you sign up on the SAR Dashboard you will be emailed zoom instructions and the course handouts (they will be an electronic file, we will not be printing anything for this class.) from firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
If you are signing up for the class within 24 hours of the class you will get the registration information one hour before the class starts.
- Annual requirement for ALL active licensees. The purpose of the course is to protect the public through requiring all real estate licensees to complete 4 hours of continuing education covering new laws, Commission rules, recent court decisions, changing standards of practice and other areas of concern to the public, Commission and Industry.
Licensed since 1995, Connie Tremblay has had an interesting real estate career. She began her career in her hometown of Ft Morgan, CO. After many years of successful selling and property management covering the plains of Northeast Colorado, Connie followed her family to Western Colorado and began selling in Grand Junction in 2010. In 2013, Oliver Frascona approached Connie to begin teaching for his firm. After his untimely death, Connie started her own school- writing and teaching her own materials, as well as those from the Real Estate Commission and National Association of REALTORS®. In September 2019, Connie opened Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Grand Junction and in October of 2019, she was installed as the Chairman of the Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association. She is highly involved within the real estate community in her local Grand Junction and around the State of Colorado. Connie brings a love of real estate and a joy of teaching to make learning real estate fun and engaging.
