Description:
As REALTORS®, we abide by the Code of Ethics. What is the difference between license law and the Code? Between CREC and CAR? The Ethics Update Course not only offers a review of the principles by which we operate, but also provides continuing education credit. Not to mention we will have a good time making fun of those who screwed up! CAR, NAR, CAR and SAR require successful completion of this mandatory Code of Ethics Review, which meets minimum criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS® as a condition of obtaining/retaining REALTOR® membership with your local Association.

INSTRUCTOR: Charity Vermeer
Since 1993 when I began my career in real estate, I have learned from some of the best real estate agents and companies in Colorado. I have assisted, sold, managed, coached and trained. In 2005, I had the opportunity to begin sharing that experience by becoming an instructor for the Colorado Association of REALTORS, and shortly thereafter VanEd and The Real Estate School. In 2012, I acquired the Northern Colorado College of Real Estate, Northern Colorado’s premier pre-licensing school. I’ve expanded my business to include consultation in a variety of forms.
