Every year the Division of Real Estate releases new forms and changes to the existing Commission approved forms. This class is an in-depth look at the changes and new forms effective January 1, 2022, that you will not find in the Annual Commission Update including:
Major revisions and additions to the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate.
- Update to the Earnest Money Release you need to understand.
- New Extension or Termination of Contract form.
- New Seller Association Authorization.

Damian Cox (JD, DU Law) has practiced in the real estate industry since 1995. In addition to sitting on the CREC forms and education committee, he has served on multiple CREC task forces, worked closely with the Attorney General’s office in drafting new legislation. He represents over twenty brokerage firms with over 2,000 real estate brokers across Colorado. Damian teaches for Realtor associations across Colorado and has served as a guest lecturer at DU Law School.
