Class Description:

The class will cover those aspects of the real estate finance and mortgage process that make Summit County and the surrounding area a unique and challenging market. The goal is to elevate the expertise and closing ratio of those Realtors earning the 3 hours of CE. Some of the topics being covered are: available loan types, Condo-tels, HOA questionnaires, lending guidelines and mortgage process pitfalls. We will be shedding light on these and other issues.

Instructor: Kevin Berkley

Bio: Kevin has been a Mortgage Banker in Summit County since 1999 and has been a CPA since 1988.
His local knowledge and familiarity with lending in a resort area made him one of the lenders SAR consulted with to write this class and eventually was why he was chosen to be the instructor.
